I believe in God, because, creation is a miracle, it could not have been an accident. Behind life itself is an intelligence, I call this intelligence God.
I believe in Jesus because he makes sense. I believe in Mohammad, Confucius, Buddha. There’s a piece of god in most of us, and some of us are finding it. When we find this and get together, then you have God. God is the Universal mind. God works in this world through sharing,
I don’t believe Jesus is God, that just doesn’t make sense. But I will accept that Jesus was so filled with the Holy Ghost that it was as if God was with us on earth. I believe Jesus was the Christ (Messiah) of the Jews of whom they rejected. And Jesus is NOW “Lord of the Kingdom” that will someday be on earth. As Lord, He will judge all of us. But he is not to be worshiped and he teaches that in the gospels and I can find it for you if you need me to.
Jesus came here, suffered and died for us this is of course true, but, I think there is some exaggeration of him being a sin offering for us. Not to discuss this here, but in future posts. Why should anybody have to die for me just because I was born, and if God’s the father is a just father, who Jesus himself explains that a father would not give his son a stone if he asked for bread. How can we believe a just father would expect his son to take the death penalty for someone else’s crime. But you might say that the wisdom of the father is not the wisdom of us, I’ll agree, that makes sense. But, were we created stupid, if so, why would God even bother. In other words, if it don’t make sense, question it, and I believe that is GOD’S WILL.
