Its a Lesson Plan
Hot black coffee spills on the floor
White carpet no more
Have you seen the mold growing
in the hallway
Half way down the byway
a child crosses the street
trips over his feet
But nothing happens on this police beat
Yes roses have thorns
And clouds have storms
But water quenches thirst
Get a clue
It’s a lesson plan
Just for you
