Deception Has Its Peace
But Reality Will Have Its Way
Condemning me
Because I cannot believe
what you have to say
How do you know you’re so right
that you dare to say
You’ve seen no proof
But yet you know
Tell me
how’s that so
You say you believe
In something you don’t see
Finding peace in what you think to be
Out of love
You try to frighten me
so I’ll believe it too
Well I will tell you
And this is true
Deception may have its peace
But reality will have its way
