Quote Quote:

it is the people who have to start the change and make it happen, or the change doesnt happen! thats the law of nature. most people in the world have already forgotten religion. those few that are left are causing their own downfalls.

I did not mean to imply that this is the fault of the Pakistani people. You and I have been friends for years and I’ve learned a lot from you.

What is happening in Pakistan concerning the floods is the fault of global warming and some of us wonder, me included, if this could be a result of HAARP (that would be a reach, but still a possibility, either intentional or by accident) Though our government might have to put money out for emergency aid, they could save a bunch of money in future military spending, again though, that is a reach without evidence.

The terrorists in Pakistan, mostly in Afghanistan was a creation of our own CIA, Hillary Clinton admits this on national television, at that time we were at war with communist Russia. There was an instance once, four times in a row after Desert Storm and again it just happened recently here in Oklahoma, when our soldiers come home, they would kill their wife and children and then kill themselves. It is not to difficult for me to believe that mind control experiments are done on our soldiers, perfected, to only be used as weapons of propaganda for an agenda that is kept hidden from us. There was no such thing as suicide bombings until U.S. involvement.

Common sense tells you that air planes did not take down those sky scrapers. My government is not stupid and I’m not smarter than they. They know air planes did not take those buildings down, but they are willing to believe that and propagate this which means, they, our government was involved in the 9/11 terrorist attack. If they could be that evil, what other evil could they be involved in.

I don’t believe that the Pakistani people are being punished, but victims. Global warming is mostly a result of coal and oil along with an industrialized market economy. It’s like drunk drivers who get in a car and drive and then have an accident. It always seems that they live while some innocent person dies. Those who have taken advantage of coal and oil investments and an industrialized market economy, they are fat and happy while the innocent suffer the consequences of their indulgence.

While you may not believe that Jesus was crucified. Death would have been a favour compared to the punishment of hatred, slander and torture from those he offered good will.
But that is this world, a world ruled by Satan. With leaders who pretend to be for us to gain our power but are always against us at every turn.

I can’t change it and you can’t change it, but all of us together can. Jesus (peace be upon him) and many others have been sent to teach us how to change this world, but we have to follow those teachings. Not you or I, but all of us. Satan knows the power of the collective conciousness and so takes every opportunity to divide us up one against another.

My blood pressure keeps going up and my doctor keeps having to up my prescription, and today I worked very hard and unloaded almost a whole pallet of copy paper, so there was no reason why my blood pressure should have been high.  I have even supplemented my blood preasure medicine with grape seed extract, but still it keeps creeping up there.  So today I figure I should take some extra medication and I accidently took my wife’s Anti Depressant pill.  She takes some good drugs, I am mellow yellow.  The world could be coming to an end and I would be like, “whatever!”

With that said, I feel like talking if anyone cares to listen.

Pakistan, it really bothers me and I even complained to God (as I pray to him in my mind).  I’m like, God how can people believe in you when such terrible things happen.  I mean, here’s the deal, people are hungry, sick and thirsty for some clean fresh water, because that crap they’re drinking is making them sick, and they’re drinking it because they are hungry and it fills their belly leaving them feel sick, yet they have no home.  They have lost everything except what they can carry, and carry they must, for miles and miles treading thru water sometimes up to their waist in hopes to find dry ground, food and clean water.  When it rains they just get wet, and at night, do they have a dry blanket to keep them warm?  I dare anyone to tell these people that if they’re not saved, they will go to hell.  And they will be like, well at least it will be warm and dry there.  To die of hunger and thirst has got to be the worst way to die, because it is a very slow death.

I think we have a serious misunderstanding of God.  I believe if God could do something, God would do something, but can’t.  Because God is the ruler of the spirit world.  By his mere thought he created the physical world, but he is not a part of it and does not rule it.  We are the rulers of the physical world, that’s why we’re here, to make it better.  Jesus and many other leaders have tried to teach us this, but we’re still not listening.

I can’t do anything, but WE can change the world.  It has to be WE.  It can’t be me and it can’t be you, it has to be US, only we can do it.  That is our challenge and we are utterly failing.

It starts with you, that’s right, that’s what I’m saying, are you listening, it starts with you. Love that is. If you got lost, then you have to find yourself, and when you do, you have to love yourself, you see, because it starts with you.

My government supports terror groups, Renta soldiers and our military and CIA is all over the world doing things you don’t want to know about.

U.S. corporations are over seas polluting the air of other countries, stealing water from other nations and underpaying workers there so that workers will work longer hours in order to make a living.  They’re cutting forests, taking oil and other minerals at rock bottom prices.

True, I pay taxes, but the fact is, those taxes are taken out of my paycheck before I even get it.  I’m 51 years old and that has been going on all my life.  They don’t ask, they tell you, you want a job, you need a social security number.  You provide a social security and they deduct taxes out of your pay.   I have never been asked if that was ok or how this money should be spent.  You know why, because this is the land of the Brave and the free I am told.  They are brave as they freely take.  It’s not my fault.  Sure I get to vote, and so do you.  We get to vote for their plan A, or their plan B and in other states you get an option to vote for their plan C.

And is it my fault that Coca Cola sucked one of India’s largest wells dry that 100s of thousands of people depended on?  I didn’t even know about it until after it happened.  After I heard about it, I switched to Pepsi, I will never drink another Coca Cola.  Well guess what, Coca Cola owns Pepsi, now doesn’t that figure.

I am not to blame and you are not to blame.  You might be doing this and that and I’m not doing that, but instead I’m doing that and this.  We’re still doing something and yet nothing seems to be working.  But I’m still not to blame and neither are you.  Some people don’t seem to be doing nothing.  Well, nothing we seem to be doing is working.  I’m sure they would all jump right onboard if it looked like we were accomplishing something.

We are accomplishing nothing by blaming ourselves or others and as we accomplish nothing they win.  We need to do a little research and find out who “THEY” are, what is their agenda and why?  And they are not the republicans, liberals, christians or jews.  No they are not the muslims, nor the mexicans or the blacks.  If your research can only go as far as your narrow minded bigotry, then let me ask this?  Lets blame it on the bigots?  Bigotry however like hypocrisy is a human frailty that we all suffer from and then we would all be back to blaming each other.

You have to be willing to do open minded research without prejudice and both share and welcome ideas with others and as we discover who they are, what their agenda is and why, we might, together, find a way to beat them.

Guardians of the Free Republics

I checked the news today and this group has sent letter to 30 governors giving them 3 days to step down.  Who the hell are they, never heard of them.  I’ve heard of the Tea Party and received an invitation.  I’ve heard of the coffee party and again received an invitation.

How can an organization appear so quickly out of now where with so much authority as to ask governors to step down.

So I’m thinking, let the games begin.  So I google search for “Guardians of the Free Republics” and I find a small web site with some audio clips and a registration form.  Strange thing about this registration form,  it wants your home phone, your cell phone and even the county you live in.  It conveniantly has a drop menue to choose your county when you select your state.  Boy they sure are squared a way for such a new organization.

I suggest nobody fill that registration form out.  This is not a legit organization created by the people.  This bull shit was put together by homeland security gathering information on would be terrorists.    You’ll be put on a watch list,  phone and Internet bugged, followed, harrased and maybe even arrested on some trumpted up charge.

Take my advice, DO NOT FILL OUT THAT FORM and if you have, move, change your cell phone number and maybe even your name.  Just a warning.

Peace and Love

MR. INHOFE REPLIES

Dear Mr. Harkness:

Thank you for contacting me regarding cybersecurity in the United States.  As your voice in Washington D.C., I appreciate hearing from you.

According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), from 2005 to 2007 there was an 800% increase in cyber attacks against the United States.  Additionally, there were over 360 million attempts to break into the Pentagon’s networks in 2008.  As new high-tech dangers emerge, we must be prepared to defend against both domestic and foreign hackers who wish harm upon the United States.

Several bills have been introduced in the 111th Congress to address these increasing cybersecurity threats.  S. 778 would establish the Office of National Cybersecurity Advisor within the Executive Office of the President.  S. 773, the Cybersecurity Act of 2009, would create a Cybersecurity Advisory Panel to advise the President and require the Director of National Intelligence and the Secretary of Commerce to present to Congress an annual report on cybersecurity threats.  S. 773 would require the Secretary of Commerce to employ a system to analyze and report on any cyber vulnerabilities within all federal information systems and networks operated by the Department of Commerce. The bill would also direct the President to implement a national cybersecurity strategy and work with other nations to encourage cooperative efforts in improving international cybersecurity efforts. Furthermore, S. 773 would authorize $150 million in FY 2010 for cybersecurity research and would increase funding for research centers and graduate students specializing in cybersecurity.

In order to address the increasing risks of cyber attacks, some suggest creating the position of a cybersecurity coordinator within the White House who would have direct access to the President. In 2008 the Center for Strategic and International Studies Cybersecurity Commission recommended the establishment of a cyberspace office at the White House. President Obama has since advocated for a cybersecurity advisor within the White House to integrate the government’s cybersecurity policies and coordinate responses to cyber threats. Additionally, President Obama has stated that the cybersecurity adviser will be a member of the National Security Council staff and the National Economic Council staff. Coordinating governmental agencies’ cybersecurity strategies would be done by this cybersecurity coordinator within the White House, rather than through the Department of Homeland Security.

While there is general agreement that we must strengthen cybersecurity defenses, many are concerned that a cybersecurity coordinator, or a cyber “czar,” is unnecessary and will only increase the levels of red tape within the government. Since several DHS officials already have substantial cybersecurity responsibilities, cyber defenses should be enhanced through increased resources and capabilities within DHS. Establishing a cybersecurity advisor within the White House, opponents argue, will weaken Congress’ ability to conduct oversight of the activities of the Executive Office and ensure individual accountability of administration.  Furthermore, opponents are concerned that a cyber czar will place too much control over internet security into the hands of the executive branch and may allow for greater internet regulation in the future.  Many constituents have contacted me to express concerns about the provision in S. 773 which would allow the President to “declare a cybersecurity emergency and order the limitation or shutdown of Internet traffic to and from any compromised Federal Government or United States critical infrastructure information system or network.”  I find this provision particularly troubling as it has the potential to allow for the abuse of power by the Executive Branch and may be used to restrict the free flow of commerce.

S. 773 is currently pending in the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, and S. 778 is pending in the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.  Should any of these bills come to the Senate floor, I will certainly keep your views in mind. Please know that I will continue to support efforts to strengthen cybersecurity defenses while also promoting the free flow of commerce and information on the internet.

Thank you again for your correspondence.  Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future with any other concerns or comments you may have.

Sincerely,

James M. Inhofe
United States Senator

Good answer, THANK YOU, and I will also post this to my blog.

Let me just add:  I believe that government offices should be secure, so should corporate Internet sites.  Everyone who is on the Internet should be wise of their use of the Internet.  However, I cannot help but believe that there is a fear mongering to scare us all into letting the government protect us who in turn will simply contract this off to corporate entities who will in turn gain full control of the Internet just as they have the radio and TV and our freedom of speech will be over with.  While one might say that the number of Internet attacks are up, one must also agree that the amount of traffic on the Internet is increasing.
You are far safer conducting your business behind a computer screen then you would be in person, that’s a fact.  Rather than fearing the Internet, we should recognize it for what it is.
Mr.  Inhofe, I had called in and asked that you not vote for the Cyber Security Bill.  I feel I need to explain why and insure it is documented.

Our constitution which we had both swore to uphold, you as a Senator and me as a Veteran in the Navy;
the freedoms that the constitution guarantees us all has been shredded to pieces since 9/11/2001.

One piece still remains and that is freedom of speech.

If anybody has anything to say, they can go on the internet and say it.  It costs them nothing more than the internet connection.  What they have to say can be heard by all or ignored by all.  This is our freedom of speech and it is our only freedom of speech.  We do not have this same freedom in the press, radio or TV, only those with money to pay advertising costs have this freedom.

So the internet is our constitutional guarantee to free speech and if you allow the fear-mongers (who in real life are really nothing more than profiteers hiding inside freedom protection suits) take from us our freedom, you might as well take down our flag and burn it, because America is over with, and replace it with the Chinese flag, and proudly fly it to our lord and master, our banker.

This will be posted on my blog.

Respectfully,

Roger Harkness

Cindy Sheehan posted this on her Facebook and I thought I should repost it. Discouraged, Satan is the ruler of this world and we can’t change that. I tried to commit suicide and lived anyways and what the hell for. I’ll tell you why:

If I can stop one tear from falling today, I will have a good day. If you could stop one tear today, you can have a good day. If we all stopped one tear, we can all have a better day and the world can have a better day. We can never win, “BUT” we can make things better and that’s why we’re here.  So do your part and “STOP ONE TEAR TODAY”. Don’t give up like I tried to do.

MUST READ – Green is good, Red is bad

ACTION ITEM, News No Comments

My wife forwarded this to me and feels it is  very important information to pass on.  Normal  alternative medications like echinacea will not work and actually will make things worse if you catch the swine flu or suspect you have it.  There are however other alternative treatments that will help. So what I have hi-lighted green is good and what I hi-lighted red is bad.  Pass this on.

Natural Antivirals Submitted by Health Gazette on Thu, 2006-05-11 08:55.

Alternative Medicine

Regular readers know that I have no time for the nonsense relating to imagined bird-flu pandemics. However. I regarded the following item of sufficient novelty to be of some interest. You may judge its merits for yourself.

Research suggests certain natural foods may be as effective against virus H5N1 as commercial antivirals.

(PRWEB) May 10, 2006 — A Biology teacher from Australia, named Stephen Jones, has done extensive research into the H5N1 virus and compiled a list of natural foods that are effective against it and listed others that are detrimental.

The list may come as a surprise to many people since foods such as spirulina and echinacea are listed as detrimental. This strange occurrence is largely due to the fact that the virus is immune to 2 cytokines that the body produces (TNF-a and IL-6). Cytokines are compounds produced by the body’s immune system that attack and remove foreign bodies. The problem is that when a foreign body is immune to certain cytokines, the body sees that its immune response is not working and tries even harder, which can lead to what is called a cytokine storm, where the body becomes flooded with these compounds and they eventually destroy the body itself. Foods such as Echinacea
actually stimulate the production of these specific cytokines; hence consuming it is not a good idea if one suspects they may have the virus.

During the 1918 Spanish Flu many healthy young people died from cytokine storms due to their immune systems overreacting. Consuming foods which suppress the production of cytokines TNF-a and IL-6 and enhance the production of the ones that actually are effective against the virus will aid the patient greatly.

Other foods that create mucous in the respiratory tract, such as bananas, are also listed as detrimental due to the fact that the predominant breeding ground of the virus is the respiratory tract and another way in which a patient may suffer is due to the body’s over production of mucous in this area.

Folk Medicines and Herbs to use and avoid with Bird Flu

Below is a list of foods that are said to contain substances that are natural antivirals, immune boosters or they decrease cytokines TNF-a and IL-6.

Alternative medications that are most likely to help us during a
severe pandemic:

Garlic (allicin) – Very effective antiviral. Best if fresh (raw) and
crushed. Must be consumed within 1 hour of crushing. Dosage is
initially 2 to 3 cloves per day but later reduce until no body odour
occurs. No toxic effects noted. (Pubmed PMID 9049657)

Vitamin C – Boosts the immune system and is an antiviral by blocking
the enzyme neuraminadase. Viruses need neuraminadase to reproduce.
There are anecdotal stories of people taking large amounts of Vitamin
C (children ½) surviving the Spanish Flu. Research shows that it may
reduce the production of cytokines TNF-a and IL-6. A study on 470
people involved giving the test group 1000 mg hourly for 6 hours and
then 1000 mg 3 times daily after reporting flu symptoms. Symptoms
decreased by 85%. (Pubmed PMID 10543583, 634178, 16169205, 12876306)

Green Tea (possible Tamiflu/Relenza alternative)- Very effective
antiviral. Also decreases the production of the cytokine (catechins)
TNF-a. Inhibits neuraminidase. May have antiviral activity that is
equal to other antivirals such as Tamiflu. (Pubmed PMID 16137775)

St Johns Wort (Hypericum) – Very effective antiviral. Also decreases
the production of the cytokine IL-6. Hypericum is an extract from St
John’s Wort. There have been some very successful field trials in
commercial flocks infected with H5N1 in Vietnam. (Pubmed PMID 7857513,
11518071, 11362353, 7857513, 11518071)

Vitamin E – Immune booster. Also decreases the production of the
cytokine TNF-a. (Pubmed PMID 155882360, 10929076) Experiments involved
using mice. Very suitable for immune compromised people, especially
the elderly. Effects enhanced when taken with Vitamin C.

Apple Juice – Antiviral. Fresh apple juice including the pulp and skin
has greater antiviral activity than heated commercial apple juice.
More research is needed. Effectiveness on H5N1 is unknown. (Pubmed
PMID 32832, 12452634)

Resveratrol – Antiviral. In addition to inhibiting neuraminidase,
Resveratrol also sends a message to cells to stop manufacturing
viruses. This is a proven antiviral found naturally in red wine,
peanuts, mulberries, Japanese Knotwood root (richest source), raisins
and red grapes. Resveratrol supplements are relatively inexpensive,
are more stable than wine and is available in liquid form for
absorption in the mouth. No toxic effects noted. (Pubmed PMID 1583880, 12817628, 15985724)

Scuttellaria (Skullcap) – Antiviral. A herb used as a tea. It has no
side effects and is also a mild tranquilliser. Research suggests
neuraminidase, which is a substance needed by the H5N1 virus to
reproduce, may be inhibited.

Cranberry Juice – Early research shows that it may be an antiviral,
making viruses less able to invade or multiply. Effectiveness on H5N1
is unknown. (Pubmed PMID15781126)

Cat’s Claw (Uncaria tomentosa) – Decreases the production of the
cytokine TNF-a. Also boosts immune system. The number of white blood
cells was significantly increased during treatment. No toxicity was
noted. (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?CMD=search&DB=pubmed)
Active constituents can be found in the leaves, bark, vine, and roots.
Water extraction from bark used. Children and pregnant women are to
avoid. Has a potentially damaging effect on the DNA of proliferating
cells. (cancers, foetuses, growing children)

Curcumin (Tumeric Spice) – Decreases the production of the cytokine
TNF-a. This is the yellow compound in turmeric spice. Research shows
that this may be very good for preventing a cytokine storm although
this is not proven. Must be taken with food or gastritis or peptic
ulcers may occur. Pregnant women and feeding mothers should avoid
this. The medicinal properties of curcurnin cannot be utilised when
used alone due to rapid metabolism in the liver and intestinal wall.
When combined with Piperine found in black pepper the absorption is
increased with no adverse effects. Obtainable from health stores in
tablets, liquid, capsules already combined with piperine. Dosage is
500mg to 4000mg daily.

Astragalus root (Astragali Radix) – Boosts immune system. (Pubmed PMID15588652)

Tea tree Steam Inhalation – Reduces the cytokine TNF-a. Add 2 drops of
tea tree oil in a bowl of steaming water. Cover head with a towel and
inhale for 5 to 10 minutes. Relieves congestion and fights infection.
Its effectiveness is unknown. (Pubmed PMID 11131302)

The following substances may be best to avoid during a H5N1 pandemic

Elderberry juice (Sambucal) – AVOID – Increases production of
cytokines TNF-a and IL-6. This substance is very effective against the
common flu but may not be desirable for the H5N1 virus. Increases in
these cytokines may trigger a lethal cytokine storm. (Isr Med
Journal2002 Nov;4:944-6)

Micro Algae (Chlorella and Spirulina) – AVOID – Increases production
of cytokine TNF-a. (Pubmed PMID 11731916)

Honey – AVOID – Increases production of cytokines TNF-a and IL-6.
(Pubmed PMID12824009)

Chocolate – AVOID – Increases production of cytokines TNF-a and IL-6.
(Pubmed PMID 12885154, PMID 10917928)

Echinacea – AVOID – Increases production of cytokines TNF-a and IL-6.
Although it is often used for normal flu, research shows that it may
increase the chance of cytokine storms for H5N1. (Pubmed PMID
15556647, 9568541)

Kimchi – AVOID – Increases production of cytokines TNF-a and IL-6.
(Pubmed PMID15630182)

Dairy products & Bananas – AVOID – These foods increase mucous production.
