AGAINST A STORM
You know When you're in a storm at sea You do better in following seas Plowing through walls of water Only brings damage to your ship Yes I've stood on deck Watched the giant waves Heard the howling wind and not felt a thing Yet my men got washed down the deck When I went the other way You see It's not what is going on around you that matters It's the direction you take Even if you go to "all stop" You fare better then fighting threw the storm You'll get somewhere Those waves will push you there Yes You can go against the wind Get blown away Or You can go with the wind Be on your way To go against the nature of things Is going against what is You get destroyed that way To go with the nature of things It's following the way By: Roger Harkness |
